How Do Pre Orders Work?

A pre order is a way for you to order an item in advance before it becomes available, this can be a way to secure a new item or get your hands on the restock of a popular style. Any item on our website with the title or size 'PRE ORDER' will be a pre order only item or specific size.

 

How it works:

1. You place your order at bellaluxe.co.uk

2. you order is received by us, you order information is added to our 'pre order list' while we wait for our shipment of stock to arrive!

3. As soon as our shipment of stock arrives, pre orders will be sent out on a first come first serve basis.

4. When your order is due to be dispatched you should receive an email from us telling you exactly when you order is going to be dispatched and when you can expect to receive it.

5. YOUR ORDER IS DISPATCHED!!  you will receive a further automated email from us telling you order order is on its way!

 

DELIVERY TIMESCALE INFO: The estimated delivery time frame is included in the items title or size selection, you can find this on your order confirmation email (eg. it may state '2/3 WEEK DELIVERY' or an exact date) please be aware this is an estimation and for a number of reason out of our control can arrive later or earlier than the specified time frame! Please be assured we will always do everything in our power to get your order to you with the estimated time frame!
